Dear Brothers,
We hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. The Vidyapith Praktani Executive Committee, on behalf of all Praktani brothers, extends a warm welcome to the Annual Reunion at Vidyapith on November 23-24, 2024, as per our well-established practice over the years.
Vidyapith Praktani has been working on various projects with the consolidated effort of all, and this time, to compensate for the gap of one year, we have planned several things to make the reunion days memorable :
1. Reunion as per Vidyapith tradition.
2. The Science Exhibition of Vidyapith students will be organized during the Reunion instead of September so that boys feel encouraged and we take pride in their efforts.
3. Nara Narayan Seva – in tune with Ramakrishna Mission philosophy of Jeeva Seva. You also get a chance to participate in a noble cause.
4. Medical Camp in the vicinity to serve villagers of the marginal sector. Doctors from our fraternity will visit the place and provide free medicine there. Your participation as a doctor or contributor is welcome.
5. Centenary Staff Quarter – A visit to the location where construction is underway will be scheduled. This construction will go a long way towards assuring qualified faculty to develop man-making education at Vidyapith. We need every Praktani’s help to finish the building. We also plan to contribute to the Centenary Gate Complex and a new Bio Gas plant for INR 30 Lakhs; more information will be released soon. Your kind contribution to these developmental works is warmly welcomed.
6. We will ensure good food for the entire family and impart exceptional care to students who were lively during the Centenary Celebrations. Apart from the Reunion’s unique dishes, we plan to have an ice cream kiosk during dinner this year.
7. Accommodations remain the same and will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis from the beds allocated by Vidyapith authorities.
8. Please make provisional arrangements for hotels, guest houses around Vidyapith, and journey tickets. The Vande Bharat train now connects Kolkata and Patna; many can use the facility.
We’ve included the Razorpay link below. All you have to do is click and fill out the short form with payments!
We have provided choices for contributions for each head you are interested in. https://rzp.io/l/Fos6SYNv
Best wishes and thanks in anticipation.
Warm regards,
Dr. Subrat Kumar Hon. Secretary

These include the test’s sensitivity, specificity, predictive values, and likelihood ratios.
Laboratory tests are particularly useful in validating a diagnosis, predicting disease severity, and monitoring disease progression in patients with infectious diseases or immunological disorders or monitoring of disease progression, manifestations or recovery in non - communicable diseases.
Timely diagnostic assessment and implementation of reliable tests are extremely important in disease management.

About the Adda:
Unlike India's languages, all of her indigenous writing systems are derived from a single source: the Ashokan Brahmi script which is a marvel of human ingenuity and innovation. The odds are that our kids will grow up without any knowledge, understanding, or appreciation of these writing systems. In this brief presentation, Gautam Sengupta will focus on the beauty and architectural grandeur of these Brahmi-derived writing systems with the hope that an appreciation of the esthetics of their design will motivate the audience to make a sincere effort to teach their children how to use them and thereby save them from extinction.
