Dear Brothers, 

Many of us visit Vidyapith, so we want to simplify the information sought mainly on Whatsapp groups to enable a smooth trip. 

Most humbly and respectfully, we want to submit before all the members that Vidyapith has almost 650 inmates now, keeping them occupied with the daily routine. It will be great if we try to fit our visiting plan into their schedule. 

Also, with many requests coming our way, we have consulted with the Vidyapith management team to understand how we can facilitate and ensure a smooth guest house booking for Vidyapith Praktanis willing to visit the campus. As you may already know, the guest house is a shared space available for all Praktani members, parents of current students and other devotees/guests, so we must respect the availability constraint too. 

We have just simplified the system as stated below: 

1. Timings for visiting the campus should be between 9 am to 12 pm and 3 to 5-30Pm. 

2. In case any of us wants to have lunch or dinner without staying in the guest house, then please collect coupons from the reception desk at the Central office (next to the school building)by 10-30am for lunch and by 5 pm for dinner to enable the Bhandar team to plan. 

3. You may attend the evening aarti at Vidyapith, whose time is roughly 15 - 20 minutes from Sunset. Morning aarti timing is dependent on sunrise. 

4. Kindly mail guesthouse.deoghar97@gmail.com to for requesting a room and wait 3-4 working days for their confirmation. Kindly apply at least one month before the trip for a better chance of confirmation.
