About the Speaker: 

Dr Subrat Kumar is the CEO of People Labs, a company working in the areas of youth development, training and recruitment. He founded People Labs 12 years ago, and in the last 12 years, he has trained almost 40000 individuals across industry and academia. He has worked with leading names across the industry and academia including ADP, PepsiCo, Airtel, Axis Bank, DarwinBox, Oyo, Maruti, SBI, GSK and academic institutes like Ms, MDI, IMT, IMI, Nirma University, IIFM. He has completed his Doctorate in Management from IMI-Delhi in the area of leadership and governance. He is an MBA from MDI-Gurgaon and an Engg. from G B Pant University of Agriculture and Technology.


About the Adda:

The adda will focus on identifying business opportunities and moving from ideation to implementation. The cornerstone of the talk will be a live 500 cr opportunity which is up for grabs. He will also draw from his 12-year entrepreneurial journey and share do's and don'ts for the entrepreneurs as well as wannabe entrepreneurs.
